Oddworld Inhabitants back with Citizen Seige?

Oddworld Citizen Seige CGI game
Oddworld Inhabitants, ahh yes, bastion of some excellent games. Then came an announcement they weren't doing games anymore, just CGI films, but all is not lost, seems the guys and gals at Oddworld are having second thoughts and a game may soon be in the offing. Maxis co-founder Jeff Braun was giving a talk recently at Ontario's Wilfrid Laurier University and he allegedly mentioned he's involved in a new game from Oddworld Inhabitants. Yippee!


The new game - though unnamed - sounds like it's going to be a rich mix of CGI cinema quality cutscenes and the usual Oddworld mayhem. I just hope Munch returns in his little wheelchair as that was class.

Can't help but wonder if the game in question was the briefly mentioned sci-fi thriller Citizen Siege? Here's hoping.
