So Who Got An iPad? Some Apps You Might Like

I've had my iPad for some time now, though it has only been out here in Australia for a week or so. I opted to import mine from overseas when it first released and I'm glad I did. Given the joy this little tablet has been bringing me I thought I'd drop you guys a few useful apps you should check out if you have an iPad. Though these aren't all games, you will find these are the best iPad Apps I've come across over the last couple of months and I hope you find them of use too.


Reading:
The Kindle Store - Awesome and better than Apple's iBook store, especially if you live in Australia where the iBook store still only features out of date / classic freebies.

Comics & Marvel apps - If you're a fan of comic books get both these.

Zinio - If you read magazines, you'll probably want this.

Early Edition - Your own personalized newspaper, delivered to you digitally. Superb.

Skygrid - a snazzy news aggregator, that along with Google Reader and NPR is all you're going to need.

Games:
Diner Dash Grilling Green - a cool time management title.
Scrabble - the boardgame but this one uses your iPhone as the tile holder, sweet.

GodFinger - a cute if a little shallow god game, simple just don't get sucked into paying actual cash for the extras.

Plants vs Zombies - awesome, just get this game.
